Summer Clearance: The Best Kitesurfing & Wing Foil Gear Prices in Ireland

Posted by Paddy on

Our summer clearance is on, and it's the simplest one we've ever run: we went through every price on the site and set it below what the big European shops are charging. Not just the ex-demo corner — kites, boards, wings, foils, wetsuits, the lot. We did it because we're sick of watching Irish riders send their money to Germany and the Netherlands to save a few quid. Now you don't have to. The most competitive pricing in Ireland is in Barna, and it ships free over €200.

Why we cut everything

We check the big EU shops the same way you do. And we know the maths Irish riders have been doing for years: order from the continent, save something on the sticker, then wait a week, pay the courier, and hope you never need warranty support or a sizing swap. We'd rather you didn't have that conversation with yourself at all. So we priced under them. If you're comparing us against an EU basket price this summer, compare away — that's exactly what we set these prices for. And unlike the shop on the continent, we're at the end of a WhatsApp message when you need us, with the gear in your hands in days, not weeks.

The big-ticket deals

The heaviest cuts are on complete packages — the fastest way into the sport or up a level:

On the foiling side, the North Seek 138L wing board (ex-demo, serviced by us) is €699 against a €1,739 original price, and the complete North Sonar foil package is €650 — a whole foil setup for less than most front wings. The rest of the ex-demo and clearance stock lives in one collection here, and it moves fast — most of it is one unit, and when it's gone it's gone.

Wetsuits and accessories — the quiet bargains

This is where the percentages get silly. In the wetsuit collection right now: the Mystic Jayde women's 3/2 at €129 (was €389.99), the Marshall 5/3 men's winter suit at €129 (was €299.99), and the Marshall Junior 5/3 at €139 (was €290) — that last one is the answer if you've a teenager who won't get out of the water. Mystic Majestic 3mm boots are €39 (was €79.99), MK8 helmets are €49, and there are impact vests, ponchos, hoods and gloves all cut the same way. If you're doing lessons with us this autumn, this is the cheapest you'll ever kit yourself out.

Full-price gear isn't left out

Brand-new current-season gear — the Ozone range, kiteboards, wings and foils — is priced on the same principle: at or under the big EU shops before you even touch a code. And code SAVE10 still gets you 10% off full-price orders over €200 on the Gear Up & Save collection — that's the ceiling, because the prices are already cut to the bone.

The honest bit

We're a small Irish shop, and clearance for us isn't a marketing calendar event — it's us clearing the racks to make room for what's coming this winter (and there's a lot coming). That's why the numbers above are real crossed-out prices, not invented ones. Check them against any shop in Europe. That's the whole pitch.

Not sure on sizing, or want to know if something suits your level? Message us on WhatsApp — a straight answer, no pressure. And if you're passing through Barna, call in and put your hands on the gear before you buy. The kettle's usually on.
