- First session — wing handling on land and board basics in the bay
- Getting up — taxiing and first flights on the foil
- Flying — sustained foiling, turns and riding upwind
Most people are flying within 3–5 sessions. After that, our demo programme lets you try wings and foils before you buy — and lesson clients get money off their first setup. Setups, packages and try-before-you-buy all live on our Foiling Hub — and buy your first setup from us and you can trade it back in when you progress.
