Shipping policy
Free Irish delivery over €200
- All orders over €200 are delivered free anywhere in Ireland. Orders under €200 are charged the delivery rate shown at checkout.
- We deliver within the island of Ireland only. If you are outside Ireland, email or WhatsApp us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
How long it takes
- In stock in Galway (ex-demo, ex-instructor and anything marked in stock in Galway): ready to collect the same day, or shipped for next working day delivery.
- Core: usually with you in 2 to 3 working days.
- Ozone: 3 working days when their distributor has it in stock; otherwise ordered in from Ozone, usually 5 to 10 working days.
- Appletree: boards are built in the Appletree factory. About 2 weeks if the size is in stock with Appletree, about 8 weeks built to order, and 8 to 10 weeks for a custom build.
- Other brands: usually 5 to 10 working days from the distributor or brand.
- Each product page shows the lead time for the size you pick. If you need something by a date, WhatsApp us on 087 144 8888 and we will confirm before you order.
Couriers
- Orders ship by tracked courier or An Post with a signature on delivery. You get a tracking number by email when it leaves us.
- Regular runs to Dublin and around Ireland: Paddy often delivers larger orders in person on the way to lessons and demo days. We will arrange a time that suits you.
Collect in Galway
- Collect from the trailer at Silverstrand Beach or in Barna village. Message us first on WhatsApp so we have your order ready.
Business hours
The online shop is open 24 hours a day. Paddy replies on WhatsApp between 8am and 9pm, usually within the hour. To see or demo gear in person, get in touch and we will arrange it around the wind.
