Carbon Reflex Sandwich

Carbon Reflex Sandwich construction delivers exceptional strength with a lightweight finish through a reinforced PVC sandwich structure. Designed specifically for the Ignite freestyle foilboard, it provides outstanding responsiveness and a crisp, dynamic feel underfoot for explosive freestyle performance.

Built to handle the demands of freestyle jumping, Carbon Reflex Sandwich is inspired by our Windsurfing freestyle constructions, delivering maximum durability and strength while maintaining a light and reactive ride.

• Full wrap of 3 mm PVC sandwich to increase overall breaking strength and rigidity
• Full Carbon deck wrap for the best strength-to-weight ratio
• Multiple deck reinforcements under the stance area for freestyle jumping durability
• 100g Biaxial Carbon rail wrap to increase impact resistance and structural strength
• PVC Omega stringer in front of the foil box to further increase strength during high-load landings

Xtec Carbon

Strength & Durability

XTEC Carbon is a durable construction designed to provide reliable strength for everyday foiling. It uses an expanding epoxy resin that creates a sandwich-like internal structure, increasing impact resistance and overall durability while maintaining structural stiffness.

A Carbon Load Frame rail band increases stiffness and improves the board’s total breaking strength so it can handle the loads generated during foiling. Carbon reinforcements around the foil box strengthen the highest load area of the board.

Additional reinforcements around the standing area and footstrap inserts help prevent heel dents and improve durability during regular use.

Vee Nose

The Vee nose is engineered for smooth, controlled touchdowns at multiple angles, ensuring a perfect re-pop every time.

Deck Volume

The deck volume is designed to give you a thin and direct foil connection, while additional volume at the rear foot gives you float to rebound smoothly after jumps.

Rebound Rocker

A relatively flat rockerline combined with nose vee is fine-tuned for rapid rebounds, offering a fast transition after touchdown.

Wide Design

The generous width of the iGnite Wing models ensures controlled, balanced landings with more float and is optimized for freestyle maneuvers.

Inbuilt Tail Rocker

A subtle, integrated tail rocker at the foilbox is designed to give you the right amount of lift when landing after a jump, ensuring a smooth recovery.

Based on the PWA Windsurf champion iGnite Air model, the iGnite Wing foilboard carries our windsurfing DNA—merging championship heritage with freestyle wing innovation.

12” Us Track Foilbox
