What a first lesson looks like
We teach 1:1 wing foiling lessons on Rusheen Bay through the season, on our own gear — big stable boards, forgiving wings, and foils set up for learning, all sized to you on the day. A typical first session: wing handling on the sand, then onto the water kneeling and standing, and for most people their first proper glides on the foil inside a session or two.
