Paddy is the founder and head coach at Paddy in the Elements. A Senior Instructor with the BKSA — and part of the only BKSA-recognised kitesurfing school in Ireland — he grew up sailing and windsurfing on Galway Bay and has spent his life on the water here.
Off the water he's an Advanced Paramedic, an ex-RNLI lifesaving crew member and a Level 3 swiftwater rescue technician. That real-world rescue background is why safety isn't a box-ticking exercise with us — it's second nature.
